The Alpine soft water produces clean, off-flavor-free palates. Each brand balances hops and malt for delicate taste. ABV around 5.0%.
Excellent with Shinshu soba, oyaki, gohei mochi, basashi, Shinshu salmon, and game meat. The local food culture pairing is uniquely satisfying on-site.
