Founded in 1997 in Minoh, Osaka. The Oshita family runs the brewery to this day. Production volume is modest, but the quality has won Japanese craft fans' trust — many domestic and international awards.
Carefully hopped with noble hops. Beautiful balance of malt sweetness and hop aroma/bitterness. Clean, textbook-quality lager. ABV 5.0%.
Pairs with Japanese, Western, Chinese — versatile pilsner. Especially good with tempura, fried foods, and yakitori. Among craft beers, particularly excellent as a meal companion.
Serve at 5-7°C in a clear pilsner glass to enjoy the golden hue. Pour slowly to build a 1cm white head. Drink fresh.
