Generously hopped with American varieties (Citra, Chinook, Centennial). Intense grapefruit and pine aromas, defined bitterness, restrained malt. ABV 6.9%, IBU 71. IPA character pushed to the maximum.
Excellent with Mexican, Thai curry, Indian, blue cheese, and richly flavored grilled meats. Mild dishes get overwhelmed — match with strong flavors.
Serve at 8-10°C in a tulip glass to concentrate aromas. The bitterness is strong — IPA newcomers might start with Punk IPA or Goose Island IPA first.
