More than 50% wheat malt, top fermentation, bottle conditioning. A typical hefeweizen with banana and clove aroma, mellow palate, light sweetness. ABV 5.3%. Slightly lighter than Paulaner; close to Franziskaner.
Versatile with weisswurst, pretzels, schnitzel, roast pork, light seafood, and cheese. Germany's classic breakfast beer — pairs interestingly with bacon and sausage.
Serve in a tall wheat beer glass. Pour gently from a tilted bottle, then swirl to add yeast at the end — classic style. Slightly warm at 8-10°C to release aromas.
